Canadian screen actress, best known for playing Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. In 2019, she started starring in CBSs Blood & Treasure. Other credits include Earthstorm in 2006 as well as The Perfect Neighbor, which she was a part of in 2005. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, her father being Peter Silk who is an academic. Silk's wife Ilkay is a performer as well as a director, producer, and playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memory is of being a watcher of her mother's work, in the kitchen and going to play rehearsals. Silk made appearances in numerous commercials when she was a kid. She received a Bachelor's degree of Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas produced two early plays, Seven Menus & The Kitchen. In 2009 she was married Seth Cooperman. Samuel and Levi are their sons. in 2009 Bo Dennis played the principal part of a succubus on the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. CNN named Bo's portrayal with Lauren as Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple among their most cherished television couples of all time. E! named them the Top Television Couple in 2013.
