Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. I am most well-known through my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows and everything in-between. My parents accompanied my family to America in the year 1990 when I was just a year old. I would not be able to share my story with you today without my parents' efforts to work hard and make sacrifices. My parents inspired me and helped me to become prosperous. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have kids. My plan for success was to go to college to graduate, then get a corporate job. I would then marry, buy a house and have kids. But life had different plans. In 2013, I discovered that I didn't like going to work in my company job. Status and money did not excite me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for a paycheck. I possessed a love of exercising and enjoyed being social and helping others as I navigated towards this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. My business started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. As a Asian female in this industry we are among the few of us. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to provide quality coaching to help others live a happier and healthier life by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their targets. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they wish to do. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mother was the greatest blow to my life. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her and always keep her in my thoughts and my heart. If you don't realize it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in providing us with what we truly need. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I am convinced that my Mom gave me another opportunity to live my life after her passing. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to start her new journey. I was given a second opportunity to live a happy and fulfilled life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like that I'm alive. My life is shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories as well as my words. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is vital as is regular. Health is the greatest asset. Only one life is yours. I wish you to be the best version of yourself.
